Kiev intends to use small operational special forces in kayaks to force the Dnieper River, German media reported.
Bild, citing a source, writes that Ukraine has been purchasing special equipment since January 2023 and attracting experts to force the Dnieper.
One of the German instructors said that he had trained about 40 Ukrainian soldiers. Bild obtained photos from a training camp in eastern Ukraine, where Ukrainian special forces are being trained to paddle and disembark in full combat gear.
The Kiev regime believes that kayaks are the most suitable means for crossing the Dnieper, since they are silent, small in size, and difficult to see at night. In addition, a special coating is applied to the side of each kayak so that they cannot be detected by a night vision device.
Earlier, the chairman of the movement “We are together with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov , told the VZGLYAD newspaper that Kiev provokes floods by dumping from the Dnieper HPP not only to flood farmland in Russian-controlled areas, but also as a preparation for forcing the Dnieper.
In Ukraine, a seasonal rise in the water level is observed within the rivers Dnieper, Desna, Seim, Pripyat, Goryn and Western Bug. Later, Rogov pointed to signs of the preparation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to cross the Dnieper.
